2. Compact Design: Printer UV Flatbed has compact design with printing size of 100x70cm( W*L) with protection hood for environmental purpose. Install media registration pins for easy boards placement.
3. Stable Production: Advanced negative pressure system and dual LED curing lamps with liquid cooling for reliable and stable printing uv output with long runs.
4. Advanced Control: Adopts PLC controlled ink supply system and white ink stirring system for efficient ink supply.
5. Adopt friendly human-machine interface with touch screen and powerful software for easy operation.
6. Industrial Printhead: Powered by industrial Ricoh G5i printheads with ink drop of 3.5pl and equipped with static eliminator to achieve wonderful printing quality.
7. Round Objects Prints: Optional with round objects printing facility to print on round objects with length of 460mm and diameter less than 120mm.
8. Printer UV Flatbed offers multiple ink layers printing on colors and white layers to have good colors saturation under lighting and embossed printing result with thick white layers at one time printing process.
